This document describes the XML representation of the UCF's join list between the Controls and Roles lists. Each of the elements, types, and attributes that make up the format are described in detail.

The purpose of this join tables is to create a link between one or more records in the UCF Controls List to one or more records in the UCF Roles List. A join table is not necessary when there is a one-to-many relationship, and is necessary when there can be a one or more-to-many relationship.
