The audience for the UCF Lifecycle Process are the UCF™ team and the XML licensees that we distribute our content to.

The scope of this document is to define the lifecycle process for the Unified Compliance Framework's XML structure, the fields within that structure, the rules by which the UCF works within that structure, and the process flows for implementing the structure.

This document does not establish content editorial lifecycle information. That information (adding, re-viewing, approving, distributing, and requesting changes to the content itself) is covered under the UCF's day-to-day operating guidelines.
